Celeb news: Britney Spears rolled over a paparazzo's foot yesterday while driving back from having her collagen shot. A picture was taken of her covering her mouth with both hands... But not in shock! She was trying to prevent the paparazzi from getting a sneak peek at her new lips. Later on more than a glimpse was caught on camera, and let me tell you, it's not paying that much money for. It's not that different! As for the paparazzo, well, Britney broke his foot.
